Road Closures

March 23 to March 26, 2021

PennDOT will be closing Deodate Road from March 23^rd to March 26^th to replace and update 2 corrugated metal cross pipes and replacing it with corrugated plastic pipe to prepare the road for a Surface Treatment project this spring. The Department will have a temporary daily road closures and detour setup. We will close the road every day starting at 6:30 am and reopening the road by 6:00 pm. The detour route will be as follows:  

Detour setup starting March 23^rd to March 26th, 2021 

• Intersection of E. Harrisburg Pike SR 230 and South Deodate Road – Traffic will be detoured onto E. Harrisburg Pike to Industrial Road and then to Zeager Road to South Deodate Road. 

• Intersection of Locust Grove Road and South Deodate Road – Traffic will be detoured to Zeager Road then left to Industrial Road then left again to East Harrisburg Pike and back to S. Deodate Road.
